Supporting solutions for glass reactors

The glass reactor can be equipped with a heating and cooling integrated circulating  machine. Under the condition of constant temperature, in the closed glass reactor, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure according to the use requirements, and the reflux and distillation of the reaction solution can be done. It can also be vacuumized during use, so as to perform vacuum reaction.

Different common temperature control and vacuum configurations of glass reactors in experiments

1. Frame type jacketed glass reactor + refrigeration heating circulating integrated machine + circulating water vacuum pump

2. Lifting rotary glass reactor + circulating water vacuum pump

3. Explosion-proof double-layer glass reactor + high temperature circulating oil bath (heating circulator)

4. Double-layer jacketed glass reactor + cooling and heating circulating integrated machine + closed low-temperature circulating pump + circulating water vacuum pump

Laboratory glass reactor is composed of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, stirrer, transmission device, shaft seal device, and support. The stirring forms generally include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type, etc. When the height and diameter of the stirring device are relatively large, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, and they can also be optionally selected according to user requirements. It is mainly used in fine chemical industry, biopharmaceutical and new material synthesis.
